About us:
I have spent over 13 years supporting the candidate side of the recruitment table, and it has taught me that a great interview doesn't always mean the perfect long-term fit (for either party!). That insight is why Blue Sky Career Consulting began offering psychometric assessments alongside our career development services three years ago, and why Psychometrics Australia now exists as a dedicated home for them.
